Fixed-price written quote: Free in-home consult, fixed-price quote line by line within 3 to 5 business days. The price on the signed quote is the price on the final invoice unless you change the scope. Free in-home consult: we measure the lot, check grade and drainage, and lay real material samples in your light before anything is priced. HOA and permit submission handled: City of San Antonio permits and HOA or ACC packages are drawn, filed and followed up by us, as a line item on the quote. Manufacturer warranties registered for you: coverage (Trex up to 50 years, TimberTech up to 50, Fiberon up to 30, Azenco up to 25) is registered in your name at the walk-through. Materials named on the quote: brand, product line and finish are written on every line: Trex, TimberTech or Fiberon composite, Western red cedar, powder-coated aluminum, Belgard pavers, MagnaTrack screens. Walk-through and punch list: we walk the finished project with you, complete a punch list together, and hand over every manufacturer warranty registered in your name.
