You get the layout: which rooflines, which trees, where the wreaths and garland go.
Step 3: Book your date
One fixed price in writing. 50% at booking holds your install date.
Step 4: Install day
Our crew hangs the lights, sets the timer and tests every run. The other 50% is due when the install is done.
Step 5: In-season fixes
If a section goes out, call or text. Our crew fixes it within 72 hours.
Step 6: Takedown
After the holidays our crew takes everything down.

Can you install lights I already own?
Yes. We also install lights you already own, after a signed waiver. The waiver is there because we cannot vouch for the condition of lights we did not supply. If a strand is damaged or not rated for outdoor use, we will tell you before it goes up.
When should I book Christmas light installation?
As early as you can. Install dates are booked by area, so one crew lights several homes in the same part of town on the same day. The earlier you book, the more dates you have to choose from.

Is takedown included?

Yes. Klema Builders builds pergolas, decks, fences and steel gates, so lighting them is part of the same design and the same install visit as the roofline.
Will the clips damage my roof or gutters?
The lights are held by clips matched to your roof: shingle, tile, metal or gutter. Nothing is nailed, stapled or screwed through roofing.
Is there a deposit?
Payment is 50% at booking and 50% when the install is done. The first payment holds your install date.
Will my HOA allow Christmas lights?
Most do, with rules. Owners associations commonly set how early decorations can go up and when they must come down. Read your deed restrictions or ask your management company, tell us the rules, and the design and dates follow them.
Do you install permanent Christmas lights?
Yes. Permanent lighting is a track of LED lights fixed along the roofline that stays up all year. What it involves depends on the house and on what you want it to do, so it is quoted after we talk it through, and an electrician handles the wiring.
