Christmas light removal in San Antonio

Our crew takes down your Christmas lights after the holidays, including lights we did not install. Fixed price from photos.

Quick answer

Klema Builders takes down Christmas lights in San Antonio, the Texas Hill Country and the I-35 corridor to Austin after the holidays: every strand, clip, cord and timer. Takedown is included with every package we install. We also take down lights we did not install, for one fixed price in writing from photos. Storage depends on the size of the display, so it is quoted with your job.

Three ways it starts

We installed them
Takedown is included in every package we install. Our crew comes back after the holidays.
You installed them
Send photos of what is up. You get one fixed price in writing, and our crew takes it all down so nobody in the house climbs a ladder in January.
Someone else did
The installer never came back, or you are not sure who it was. Same service: photos, a fixed price, and the lights come down.

What takedown covers

Every strand
Rooflines, ridgelines, tree wraps, garland and wreaths, taken down by hand, not pulled from the ground.
Every clip
Clips, zip ties and cord ends leave with the crew. Nothing is left in the gutter.
Coiled and labeled
Each run is coiled and labeled by where it came from, so it goes back up in the same place next season.
Storage
Storage depends on the size of the display, so it is quoted with your job.

When the lights come down

After the holidays. Many San Antonio families keep their lights up through Three Kings Day on January 6. Tell us when you book and your takedown is planned for after it. If your owners association sets a date by which decorations must be down, tell us that too and we work to it.

What happens if I move?

If you bought the lights, they are yours to take or to leave for the next owner. If you lease, tell us before the next season.

Do you fix lights I own that you installed?

We come out for the install itself: a clip that let go, a run that came loose, a timer that needs setting. A failed strand that you supplied is covered by the waiver, and we can replace it at your request.
